
Diana Oakman is an award winning teacher with 30 years experience. She has taught children in Russian, New Zealand and Australian schools, and specialized in developing methods and programs of teaching high achieving children and children with disabilities. Diana is the author of the 3L methodology of teaching English as a second mother tongue to children of 3 to 9 years old.

Veronica Soulman started her career as a research fellow (PhD) and a tutor in MISIS university, where she had 7 scientific articles published. She also studied Management in Victoria University of New Zealand. Veronica taught Management and Intercultural communication in KPN and ING Universities in Holland and in Huawei University in the UK and China. Veronica has a certificate in Intercultural studies from Oxford University.
